We had an amazing experience! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted and taken care of. The facility is very nice and the staff is even better! The float was very relaxing, do wish the jets stayed on for a little longer and the water temperature was a bit hotter, but very relaxing nonetheless. Then we had our couples massage, it was very relaxing as well! Both of the masseuse took their time and tended to our goal of relaxation. This was followed by a facial which was amazing as well. The value of the package is outstanding and we will return!

I had the most wonderful massage from Morgan. She really is interested in providing a service that is satisfying to the client. I had a deep tissue massage with stones. Can’t wait for another. Thank you Morgan & Cahaba Day Spa.

I recently visited Spa Cahaba for a facial. This was my very first facial so I was unsure of what to expect. I received a Hydra facial by Hannah A. and my experience was wonderful and so relaxing!! Hannah was professional, knowledgeable, and was able to fully explain the procedure step-by-step. We discussed a treatment plan and product recommendations that I feel are going to work out great. I’m looking forward to seeing amazing skin results!!

This was my first visit at Spa Cahaba. I had an appointment with Ella Newlin and it was fabulous! Her hands are so gentle, as if her hands are healing; which fully relaxed me! It was exactly what i needed!

Tracy is the best! Her facials are so relaxing and have helped my skin with acne and congestion. She also recommended a great skincare routine that has been incredibly helpful! I would highly recommend skin care at Spa Cahaba!

Meloni relives stress and pain, resuling in full relaxation mode with her massage. Salt bath is out of this world. Everyone very professional and kind. Beautiful facility.
